Grew up playing in the program and have had both children participate in it. Started in the program in kindergarten with flag football.
“I have been involved with the Fair Lawn Football Association for six years, including serving as the Director of Football, and the program has meant a great deal to me and my family. My philosophy toward youth sports has always been that it is about much more than wins and losses. Our responsibility is to teach kids teamwork, discipline, accountability, sportsmanship, and how to handle both success and adversity. Most importantly, we need to provide an environment where every athlete feels supported, has fun, and develops a love for the game. If our kids leave FLFA with great memories, lasting friendships, more confidence, and lessons they can carry with them beyond the football field, then we have accomplished something truly meaningful.”
