Who we are
League History
A Tradition Built by the Community
For generations, the Fair Lawn Football Association has served as a cornerstone of youth athletics in the Fair Lawn community. What began as a small local football program has grown into an organization that proudly supports hundreds of young athletes each season.
Throughout the years, the league has remained committed to promoting sportsmanship, skill development, and community involvement while adapting to the evolving needs of players and families. Countless volunteers, coaches, and supporters have helped shape the strong foundation that continues to inspire future generations of athletes.
The FLFA strives to provide a first-class organizational structure,
a cohesive instructional
The FLFA philosophy is based on a coordinated, progression-based skill development program led by a dedicated coaching and instructional staff. The wide variety of programs offered provides a safe, healthy, and constructive environment while positively influencing participants’ lives. FLFA programs teach accountability, respect, teamwork, and the benefits of hard work, both on and off the field.
